Arie went to the Marion OH cluster this past weekend (July 27, 28, 29, 30) and ended up earning some more points and completing one of the three requirements needed to earn an AKC Grand Championship (GCH). He received Select Dog on Saturday and Sunday, earning 2 points each day. On Monday, Arie placed Best of Breed, earning a 3 point major. Arie earned two major wins when we attended the Detroit Kennel Club shows in Novi MI and his 3 point major at the Marion shows means he has now completed the GCH requirement for 3 major wins.
Arie came into the Marion cluster with 8 points so he is up to a total of 15 points and has earned 3 majors under 3 different judges. He defeated Champions of Record at the two shows in Novi so he needs to do that one more time, along with earning 10 more points for the Grand Championship. Over halfway there!
