Arie had a wonderful two days at the Licking River Kennel Club shows this past weekend. On Saturday, he went Best of Breed for a 5 point GCH major and a Terrier Group 3. On Sunday, Arie went Best of Breed again for a second 5 point GCH major which finished his Grand Championship! Then on to the Terrier Group where he received a Terrier Group 1 and his first trip to the Best In Show ring. My friend, Jody, showed him this weekend (because of my continuing knee problems) and Arie showed awesome for her.
I am extremely proud of Arie. He earned his AKC Championship in January of this year at 9-1/2 months of age and now his Grand Championship at 18 months of age. His first show was the end of October last year so he has completed his Championship and his Grand Championship in less than 11 months!
